PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

What personal data are processed
Personal data are collected and kept only in case the Company’s services are ordered. The personal data consists of information needed to identify a person and to contact him/her.
Why personal data are processed
Personal data are used to carry out the identification procedure and to exclude and report any money laundering and terrorist financing activities.
Contact details are processed to handle any issues relating to the provision of the Company’s services.
Legal grounds
Personal data are processed for the purpose of carrying out KYC procedures and performing contracts concluded with the customers.
For other purposes the personal data can be processed only upon the customer’s specific consent.
Recipients of personal data
Personal data is not transferred to any third person except for the authorities and service providers necessary to provide the Company’s services of what the customer has been made aware.
Security, storage and access to data
Personal data are stored in the servers of trusted internet storage service providers and is kept safe from the access of any third persons.
Access to and rectification of personal data
Personal data can be accessed and changed/amended by the customers by contacting the Company using the above contact details.
Withdrawal of consent
Where personal data are processed on the basis of the customer’s consent, the customer has the right to withdraw his/her consent by notifying customer support by email.
Erasure
For the erasure of the personal data, customer support must be contacted via email.
Transmission
Requests to transmit personal data can be submitted via email. Upon identification only the personal data indicated by such person can be transmitted.
Dispute resolution
Claims concerning the processing of personal data can be sent to the contact address indicated above. The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
